and several other stakeholders in the legal industry to hold career talks and guidance in different institutions within the counties in the country. This is mainly targeting university and tertiary institutions on the students’ connect with the law.
Our fee are the minimum charged in accordance with the prescription of the Advocates’ Remuneration Order published from time to time by the Chief Justice. This scale prescribes the minimum fees that should be charged for various categories of matters. This Order or scale also allows for an advocate to charge on time expended basis where a matter warrants and to enter into a fees agreement with the client within parameters authorized by law. Besides the foregoing, we normally encourage our clients to enter into negotiated retainer agreements with us under which we can provide them with a boutique of legal services
and regular legal updates and assistance to support their operations.
