ANGOTE NYAKOAH LORNAH

Lornah is the Founding Partner of the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya. Her practice mainly focuses on; Constitutional Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Litigation (both civil and criminal), Conveyancing, Banking & Securities, Tax Law, Legal Research & Consultancy, intellectual Property, International Humanitarian Law, Labour Law, and emerging areas of Law.
Lornah has gained a wealth of training and experience in various law firms across the country. She previously worked at the Firms of:
- Messrs Lawrence Obonyo Legal Advocates.
- Messrs J.D Oduor Advocates
- Messrs Yano & Co Advocates, and
- Messrs Maina Rogoi & Co. Advocates.
As an Advocate, Lornah endeavours to handle every task with passion and absolute dedication to see the best for the client and to help her Clients acquire and keep what is theirs using legal and commercial channels. In all her engagements, she aspires for excellence particularly in all her judiciary relationships with special emphasis in the Practice and Business of Law, also on a Personal Level and in service to her country and the peoples of the Republic of Kenya.
JOSEPHINE KITAGA

Josephine is an Administrative Assistant with the Firm. She has worked and gained enormous experience from various institutions and legal firms including the firm of:
- Messrs Mwangi Wahome & co. Advocates and
- Patrick Laws Associates Advocates.
She is a young, self-motivated and goal-oriented lady whose professionalism does not only bring much success to the Firm but also ensures and guarantees the best legal services to our clients (both immediate and prospective).
Josephine is a skilled and ambitious Administration/Customer Service professional with a Diploma in front office administration and operations, competent individual with 4 years comprehensive experience in Administration and Front Office. Skilled in providing a first class customer experience and resolving any queries, complications or issues that may arise.
She is a team player, who is able to work to timely demands and effectively manage multiple workloads. Strong background in general administration along with experience of working in a fast paced and pressurized environment
DUNCAN KYALO MUUSYA
Lawyer/Legal Researcher
Duncan is a student at the Kenya School of Law, pursuing his Post Graduate Diploma in Law.
He holds a Bachelors Degree from the Mount Kenya University. He is a young talent with a wealth of expertise in conducting Legal Research, drafting Legal Proceedings, has a wide range of Practicing areas including Judicial Review & Constitutional Human Rights Law, Criminal Law, Family Law which encompasses but not limited to Probate and Administration, Succession, Judicial separation, Labour Relations and Divorce, Kadhi Law, Children Law, Conveyancing, Employment & Labour relations, and Contract Law.
GEORGE GICHURU
Legal Clerk
George is a licensed process-server with profound experience of more than seven years. He is a specialist in filing and service of court documents; court process, dispatch as well as court file perusal and/or investigations. He has worked with numerous law firms not only in the Coastal region but also in the Inland regions. Previously, he worked with the firm of Maina Rogoi & Company Advocates where he was the head of the other legal clerks.
